Handle Maintenance requests

The Maintenance Request feature of Rentate provides Landlords with unprecedented visibility into property upkeep. All maintenance requests are submitted through Rentate and their status is continuously tracked until they are resolved. Every maintenance request is classified by a set of pre-defined categories and includes permissions to enter by the Tenant. Every change of status of a request triggers an automatic notification to the Tenant by email.

The Tenant can correspond with the Landlord in the context of the request, and the Landlord can track all correspondences per request. Landlord can also update and print out a comprehensive work order form per request. Landlords can provide access to his staff members and superintendents per building and view each building's maintenance status with one click of a mouse from the Property Dashboard.
