The table "Properties & Leases" provides you with the summary of managed units (apartments) and properties. In addition to that, Landlords can see Leases expiring within next 60 days as well as the ones with overdue payments. "ADD NEW" buttons allow to add properties as well as leases to these properties straignt from the Dashboard. |
Tenants

Summary of active tenants and those who have the access to the Rentate tenant portal. If your tenants do not have Rentate access yet, you can invite them simply by clicking "Send invitations". You can create new tenants, or send custom notices to existing tenants by clicking respective "ADD NEW" buttons. |
