Welcome to the New Era of Rentate.com.

After a recent change in ownership, Rentate.com has been tweaked to improve prior functionality and prepare for new features that will turn Rentate.com into a leading provider of online property management. Just like the current subscribers, we see incredible potential and great value in an online property management and accounting system built with key web 2.0 functionality.  We intend to develop a flexible, robust system that can handle almost every property management task and all the associated accounting. The new ownership is thoroughly dedicated to improving both the service and functionality of the Rentate.com solution.

The first day of the new Rentate.com is here. You will immediately notice some changes in navigation and enhanced accounting features. Our first priority was to adjust certain design and process bugs just to improve the user experience. We have not changed much of the visible element on the front-end, in order to minimize any user confusion and to capture the best value from the existing elements. Key changes we have made include:

• Allowing for multiple charts of accounts
• Improved customization of Accounts for Financial records

We have also made many changes in the background with plans for substantial growth and feature improvement. We have improved the hosting and stability of the website. The new Rentate.com is thoroughly committed to developing a web portal that embodies the best practices in the property management industry.
